Very satisfied with new aids. Great to have options with manufacturers (all good but they are different, and some may suit you better) and Carolyn took care with setting up and mapping. Over 20 years with aids, and I know that experienced personalisation is crucial.

Such an amazing experience going to Sincock & Till audiology with my daughter. Warm welcome at reception, beautiful waiting area. Carolyn was so friendly and explained everything to my daughter. And I really appreciated getting a copy of the report that went to the gp.

I've been a returning customer for 5-6 years or so - almost as long as I've been living in Christchurch. The things that keep bringing me back are their friendship, courtesy and professionalism. When I've wanted advice I've gotten just what I wanted. When I've made a purchase their help and guidance is invaluable. After sale service is excellent. When a quote is given they stick to it, more so that when I chose and bought some aids that just didn't work for me, they supplied a more suitable pair, though a bit costlier, at the same quoted price. I'll be a returning customer next year.

The lady here whom worked on both myself and my partner is absolutely lovely, she is compassionate, professional and very well equipped and skilled in ear health and hygiene. She was very honest in my visit, Informing me that I did not need a cleaning and not planning on charging me for the appointment, she even preform a free hearing check. Given me great peace of my of my ear health. I also appreciate the use of a 'green' reusable laminated patient sign up form. Recommend booking an appointment.
